Before Placing Your Order

How does this work? How can I possibly receive a mobile phone for just £20?
To see how the the matrix list system works, click here.  Basically, when you buy our signal boosters (you get TWO for just £20!), as a free gift, you are given a place on a matrix list for a phone (or other item) of your choice.  When the required number of new members join, the person at the top of the list will receive their free mobile.

How do referrals work?
See the below question "Can I refer people? / How can I get my mobile phone faster?"

How much is delivery?
Delivery of signal boosters is free worldwide.  Delivery of the phones is free in the UK.  International orders may be asked to pay the cost of shipping the phone to them, or will be offered a cash alternative (free shipping).  We can only advise you of the costs of international phone delivery once you have reached the top of your list, so please don't email us asking for estimates!

How many times can I sign up?
You can sign up as many times as you like!

Can I refer myself?
Yes, referring yourself is a great way to move up the lists faster!  For more information on referrals, see below.

How old do I need to be to sign up?
You can be any age to sign up!

How long will I have to wait for my free mobile phone?
This all depends on a variety of factors, including which phone you have chosen, the length of the list you are on, the amount of interest in that phone and the number of people you refer (see below).  A number of signal booster sales are required to cover the cost of one free mobile. For example, for each Sony Ericsson T610 we need 19 CD-ROM sales. So, if you were 20th on the list for your T610, you would normally need to wait for 20x19 CD sales before your P900 is sent. If an average of 7 people per day choose the T610 then you would wait 54 days.

Can I refer people? / How can I get my mobile phone faster?
If you recommend a friend, then you will jump up a place in your matrix list over the person above you.  This can dramatically decrease your waiting time.  For example, if, as above, your wait was going to be 54 days, by simply introducing one friend a day (for 18 days) you would be at the top of the list after just 18 days! If you would like to introduce friends then just ask them to enter your full name as their referrer on the order form.

Once someone has put you down as a referrer a number will appear next to your name in the appropriate matrix list. i.e. John Smith (1).  The number shows how many referrals you have made.  Once you have enough referrals in order for you to jump to the top of the list you will be moved to the top of the list, and your phone dispatched.

Until you have enough referrals to jump to the top of the list, you will remain physically in the list in the same position, although your referral number will increment when you make a referral.  Every time your referral number increases, you essentially move up a place in the list, although this is not shown until you reach the top.

Some people have found the referral system a bit confusing, we hope this clears it up.

How can I promote this site?
Telling all your friends about Re: Birth Mobiles (www.bargainphones.co.uk) is a great way to promote the site.  But to reach a wider audience an even better way is through eBay. eBay auctions cost just 15p each (if you start bidding a £0.01) so this is an extremely cheap way for you to gain referrals! By promoting Re: Birth Mobiles more people will sign up faster, and so you will receive your mobiles quicker! Plus if they put you down on the order form as their referrer then you will jump up a place in the matrix list every time!

Is this a scam!?
Most definitely not! Although Re: Birth Mobiles is a relatively new website, we are a subsidiary of a well-established global media company, Re: Birth Networks.  For more information about Re: Birth Mobiles and Re: Birth Networks click here.  We now have over 700 members, and have already shipped out five phones in just three weeks!  Check out our testimonials page then to see what our satisfied members have to say, and to get in contact with them, or view it now to see comments from emails that we've been getting!  Feel free to contact us to ask us any questions you may have, or give us good or negative feedback (we especially like positive feedback!)

Can I participate if I'm not in the UK?
Yes, if you are outside the UK you can pay by Paypal, or send £20 cash in British Pounds Sterling (notes only, no coins).  Delivery of your signal booster is included in the price, but you may need to pay extra to cover the costs of delivery of your phone, or you may be offered a cash alternative.

After Placing Your Order

How long will it take for me to appear on my list?
You should appear on the website within 1 business day of making your payment, but please allow up to 3 business days.  If you are still not on the list then click here to contact support.

When will I receive my signal boosters?
You should nearly always receive your signal boosters within 7 business days of payment, although please allow 14 business days.  If you do not receive them within 14 business days then please click here to contact support.

How long will it take for me to receive my free mobile phone once I reach the top of the list?
We nearly always dispatch mobile phones within 7 business days of you reaching the top of your list.  However, please allow 14 business days for delivery.  If your mobile has not arrived within 14 business days please click here to contact support.

How do I introduce friends?
By introducing friends you will jump up a place in your list! To introduce a friend simply ask them to put your full name in the 'referrer' field on the order form. Once someone has put you down as a referrer, a number will appear next to your name in the appropriate matrix list. i.e. John Smith (1).  The number shows how many referrals you have made.  Once you have enough referrals in order for you to jump to the top of the list you will be moved to the top of the list, and your phone dispatched.

For a more detailed explanation, see the question 'Can I refer people? / How can I get my mobile phone faster?' above (in the 'Before placing your order' section).

I have completed the order form, but forgotten the payment methods.
You can view the payment methods page again, here.

Can I switch to a different list?
Once you have been put on a list, you cannot move from it to a different one.  However, once you reach the top of a list you can ask to receive a different mobile, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill this (although we will tell you this in advance).  If the new mobile you want is worth more than the one on your list you will be asked to pay the difference.

When will the lists next be updated?
Generally the lists are updated daily (except at weekends when they may be updated once).  Remember, it may take up to two business days for you to appear on a list, although almost always it is only one.

When will new handsets be added?
New handsets will be added fairly regularly, as they are released.  The only way you can find out whether we have new ones is to keep checking back with the site.  This ensures that no-one has an 'early bird' advantage.

Is this a MLM or pyramid scheme?
No, it is neither. This is a straight line matrix system.  It is not MLM because you don't need to recruit new members to ensure you receive your free gift. You just sit back and wait! Although obviously you can recruit more people if you would like to reduce your waiting time.

Are you sure this is completely legal?
Yes this is most definitely legal! In addition Re: Birth Mobiles is part of the Re: Birth Network, a world-wide media network.  Mainly operating business to business operations, one consumer function of the Re: Birth Network is Re: Birth Future Media, which publishes online content and magazines, some of which you probably read!

Are the phones stolen or lost?
NONE of the phones are stolen, you can check this with any mobile network provider once you receive your phone by calling them and telling them the unique IMEI number of your phone. They can then check this against a database of all stolen/lost phones and can tell you if the phone is stolen. This service is free of charge. The phones are BRAND NEW and UNOPENED.

What happens when I get to the top of the list?
We will send you an email congratulating you.  It will remind you of the billing address you supplied us with, and ask you to verify it. We may call you instead. Your mobile will then be promptly sent out!

What is your Privacy Policy?
We will not sell, give, or share any of your information to any organisation or external individuals.  The details you have given us - your name, email address, postal address and telephone number will be stored on the main database which is password protected, held on private property and remotely inaccessible.
